prior to the commencement of your trip and for two hours following, the

and uploading pictures of the car's exterior and interior, paying particular
attention to the tires, dashboard, fender, front, back, sides, and seats. When
there is damage or a problem with cleanliness, these pictures are essential for
keeping you safe. The Tarlen team will receive your contribution and keep it on
file as proof in the event of a future disagreement. Step 2: At pick-up, enter
the mileage and odometer reading. At pick-up, enter the fuel gauge reading or
level. Upload a picture of the dashboard with the previously mentioned details.
Tarlen will need this information to monitor how much fuel your guest uses and
how far they travel overall. Finishing your journey The "Check Out"
button becomes active two hours prior to the trip's conclusion and remains
available for twelve hours following the conclusion of your guest's vacation.
When picking up the vehicle, meet your guest and make sure you take and upload
post-trip pictures. Any claims you may have from that trip could be voided if
you don't do this within 12 hours of it concluding. The trip will immediately
end if you don't check out, and you won't be able to upload any post-travel
photos of your rental. Although your guest is not required to return your car
spotlessly, we will charge them a violation fee if they do so in a way that
suggests careless use.
