Create backup file at a different location to fix the error

The user can back up the company file at a different location and resolve the QuickBooks error 6147. The steps involved in here are as follows: 

• The user needs to ensure that the hosting of the system is not done. 

• Click on the file menu and then select utilities. 

• In case the inclusion of stop hosting multi-user option is there in the list you should go with the following.

• Stop the hosting multi-user access. 

• Click on yes on the window shown and then wait for the next window to have appeared. 

• And then, click on yes option with company file closed.

• Also, restore with the backup file present on the system.
