The process of removing dead weight from anqilan's blog

This was the same approach I followed for my initial meeting with the assistant coaches. I didn't relish sitting Tim Spencer up in front of his team and inform him that his services was no longer required However Mut 23 coins, I also wanted to ensure that it conveyed an important message to all the other coaches present that this was the beginning of a new phase in Chicago Bears football.

The process of removing dead weight is among the best...er, hardest...parts of being an head coach.

Once that ugly incident was removed, it was time to replenish my coaching supplies. Bob Babich, my linebackers coach, was my first priority which is why I brought him to my office, and we started talking about in terms of cash. The initial salary request was, quite frankly it was a bit of an attack on the image of Chicago Bears organization, especially for someone who can't take on much more than letting Brian Urlacher do whatever he does on the field therefore I negotiated with him down some numbers. Then we came to the number of dollars and length of contract we both agreed on.

Then the time came to look for the right head coach for the running backs. The coach will have to be special. In all fairness, since Walter Payton, the Bears haven't had the best luck in running backs. Does the mentions of Rashaan Salaam or Curtis Enis ring any bells? I was looking for a man who was able to assess potential and extract the best from his players. With Cedric Benson in good health There's no reason why for why the Bears can't be able to have a top running program again, particularly with the right coaching.

After conducting multiple interviews with applicants, I found myself dissatisfied. The coaches I spoke with preferred discussing how to play vertical passing, rather than the running game. I was sure they weren't best candidates to do the job. The moment I spoke about the job with Calvin McFarland that I knew I was the one for me. When asked about ways to enhance the Bears ground game the coach said that strength conditioning and stamina were the key to his plan. Also the man was as hard as nails madden 23 coins buy. When asked about his position as a tight end He said that his primary position was concerned for was the running back. That was the right answer. I made an appointment with him right away.
