In the last week, Capcom provided ComicBook.com with an in-depth examination of the new content included in D2R Ladder Items Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. The trailer showed a team of hunters battling the new monster Lunagaron and was followed by an individual hunter taking part in a new kind of Follower Quest. Lunagaron is a new kind of monster for that of the Monster Hunter franchise that resembles something like a mix of a dragon and a wolf.

Lungaron is a tough challenge for players, which is why it is why the Switch Skill system upgrade should prove useful. Before, players could switch a Switch Skill during hunts changing their weaponry and giving them a range of different styles of play.

With Daybreak players are able to create two sets of Switch Skills and swap between them in battles. It allows players to test out even more combos and playstyles during fights. Additionally, players can use the Swap Evade by using the Swap Skill Switch to stop monster attacks that are poorly timed.

Although multiplayer is the preferred way to play Monster Hunter Rise, the new Follower Quest will provide solo players with a second option to playing quests. Follower Quests permit an NPC to be part of certain fights, while also advancing certain sideplots. Capcom has confirmed that more Follower Quests may be added in the near future. This will allow the NPCs of the game have more space to shine.

We also had a look at the brand-new Elgado outpost, which serves as the main location that players will use when exploring the new content in Daybreak. Although Elgado includes a variety of brand new NPCs, such as a new smithy and merchant in addition to all of the same amenities that the original village of Monster Hunter Rise, including the dango shop Buy D2R Ladder Items, which includes an amazing new cut-scene featuring the Felyne cooks making meals that will be served to the Hunters.
